Far North Spirits is proud to partner with AccelPay to bring our products directly to your doorstep. Below you'll find important terms regarding shipping, order handling, and returns. Please review this information carefully before placing an order.
Orders within the United States
All orders placed through this website for delivery within the United States are fulfilled by licensed, third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. Your transaction is facilitated through these retailers and is subject to their terms.
AccelPay’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and ecommerce/payment terms apply to any purchase made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
Shipping Policy
- We currently ship only to addresses in the continental United States.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders containing alcohol require an adult signature and valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
- Orders may be shipped via carriers including GLS, UPS, or other regional partners.
- If your order includes both spirits and merchandise (like apparel or barware), items may arrive in separate shipments.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once placed. Please double-check your order and shipping information before confirming.
- If you need to cancel your order, email Onlineorders@farnorthspirits.
com as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already shipped.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to federal and state laws, alcoholic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact Onlineorders@farnorthspirits.
com with a photo of the item within 3 business days. We’ll make it right. - Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the fulfillment partner.
Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages
- Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. An adult must be present to sign for alcohol orders.
- If the package is undeliverable after three attempts, it will be returned to the retailer and considered undeliverable.
- Customers are responsible for the following fees related to undeliverable packages:
- Refunds: A $25 Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Reshipment: A flat $40 fee will apply to cover both the reshipment and the undeliverable return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Additional fees may apply depending on the contents of the order.
