At Far North Spirits, we don’t just distill whiskey, we grow it.

Our spirits begin in the rich soil of an ancient lakebed, where we plant and harvest single varietals of winter rye and heirloom corn. Like the world’s great estate wineries, we believe that the character of a spirit is born in the field. That’s why every grain used in our whiskey is grown with purpose, selected for flavor, and distilled with intention.

From high-rye bourbons to single varietal ryes and limited cask finishes, each bottle captures the depth and complexity of grain, climate, and place.
