SINGLE VARIETAL RYE
Far North Spirits is pushing back on monoculture, growing unique, open pollinated rye grain varietals on our century-old family farm. These rye varietals are selected and farmed specifically for their flavor when distilled, a radical approach that is virtually unheard of in the industry.
The primary variation among these rye whiskies is the rye grain VARIETAL. They are milled, fermented and distilled in the same fashion. Yet their FLAVORS are distinctly different from one another.

Gin allows for infinite creative expression – both for the distiller and for the cocktail enthusiast – with Juniper being the only required ingredient. Our gins explore the full spectrum of botanicals – from floral and earthy, to citrusy and herbal, with Gustaf hewing most closely to the traditional London dry style. (Anna’s Garden and Gustaf Gins are only available in retail locations.)
RUM
Inspired by the distiller’s favorite rums produced in Guyana and Trinidad, we source demerara sugar from Texas and turbinado sugar from extended family in Louisiana who are part of the Lula Westfield Sugar Cooperative. (ONLY AVAILABLE IN RETAIL LOCATIONS.)
