1.5 oz Ålander Spiced Rum

.5 oz Frangelico

.5 oz Kahlua

1 oz heavy cream or 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream

Combine in cocktail shaker with ice; shake and strain into chilled glass; garnish with freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon. If using ice cream, blend with ice in blender.

2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum

Mixture: 1 T brown sugar, 1.5 t butter, pinch salt 

Boiling water

Optional: orange zest

Combine sugar, butter and orange zest in small bowl; mix well. Put mixture in mag, add rum and boiling water to fill mug. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

The perfect drink for any celebration. Just be careful. There's a reason this cocktail was named after the French field artillery's weapon of choice in World War I.

1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
4 oz Brut champagne

Shake everything but the bubbles well with ice, strain into a champagne flute and top off with champagne.

1.5 oz Ålander Spiced Rum

1.5 oz sour mix

1 oz honey simple syrup (2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part hot water)

.5 oz Cointreau

Shake with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Sour mix: Heat 3 cups water and 1.5 cups sugar until dissolved; add 6 oz lime juice and 6 oz lemon juice. Refrigerate in air tight container for up to one week.

.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
5 basil leaves

Muddle basil and simple syrup in cocktail shaker; add lemon juice, gin and ice; shake, strain and pour over ice.

2 oz Solveig Gin
3/4 oz Aperol
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white (optional)

Add all ingredients into mixing glass egg white and lemon juice first. Shake without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white. Add ice shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into glass.

The Negroni is not for everyone, but it is the distiller’s wife's favorite cocktail hands down.

.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
3 dashes Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters

Put all ingredients in a rocks glass. Add ice. Stir to chill. Garnish with a orange peel.

1 oz Dolin dry vermouth
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz cucumber water (peal and puree English cucumber with water and strain through fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth)

Put all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake, strain into glass over ice.

1 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 t dill simple syrup (dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water on stove; add 3 sprigs fresh dill while it's heating; remove dill sprigs from reserved liquid)

Shake with ice; strain into chilled coup glass.

1 oz Angelica Liqueur from GrandTen Distillery in Boston (order here); we prefer this to St. Germain
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

Shake over ice and strain into glass; garnish with fresh thyme.

3/4 oz Cocchi Americano
1 dash Absinthe

Shake all ingredients together and strain into glass.

Rim glass with rosemary. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass; garnish with rosemary sprig.

.5 oz Cocchi vermouth

dash angostura bitters

Combine ingredients with ice; stir, 30-40 rotations. Strain neat or on rocks. Garnish with cherry.

2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum

.5 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

.5 oz galangal infused honey simple \\ toast 1 T pink peppercorns over med heat; add 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup water and 4 T or portions of galangal root [available at Asian markets]. Do not boil. Steep for about 20 mins; discard solids, reserve liquid. 

Combine ingredients in mug; fill with steaming water & stir lightly. Garnish with fresh lemon slice or candied ginger.

1.5 oz Ålander Spiced Rum
1 oz Cachaça
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
.75 oz triple sec
Splash of Rose's lime juice and splash of grenadine
Combine in glass, add ice and stir; garnish with sliced orange and cinnamon stick.

2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum

Half t of demerara sugar

Orange peel

Muddle sugar with orange peel until sugar is well incorporated (the pith of the orange acts as a natural bitter). Add rum, then ice. Stir 30-40 rotations. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange peel.

Combine with ice and top with club soda.
